পেটের নানাবিধ সমস্যা সমাধানে ইসবগুলের ভুষির কার্যকারিতা কারো অজানা নয়।ইসবগুলের ভুষির ব্যবহারবিধিঃ১। কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য দূরীকরণেঃ ১ গ্লাস কুসুম গরম দুধের সাথে ২ চামচ ইসবগুল মিশিয়ে প্রতিদিন ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার আগে পান করুন।২। ডায়রিয়া প্রতিরোধেঃ ২ চামচ ইসবগুলের সাথে ৩ চামচ টাটকা দই মিশিয়ে দিনে ২ বার পান করুন।৩। অ্যাসিডিটি প্রতিরোধেঃ প্রতিবার খাবার পর ২ চামচ ইসবগুল আধা গ্লাস ঠান্ডা দুধে মিশিয়ে পান করতে হবে। এটি পাকস্থলীর অত্যাধিক অ্যাসিড উৎপাদন কমাতে সহায়তা করে।৪। ওজন কমাতেঃ কুসুম গরম পানিতে ২ চামচ ইসবগুলের ভুষি ও সামান্য লেবুর রস মশিয়ে নিয়ে ভাত খাবার ঠিক আগে খেতে হবে।
